Winchester Homes was the Builder Captain for ACTS in Dumfries, Virginia. Phase one included a 7,000 sq-ft Family Services Center that provides job counseling, financial and life skills classes plus a food bank. Phase two renovated an existing shelter, adding two bedrooms that shelter two homeless families. ACTS serves homeless women, children and families and operates programs intended to prevent homelessness for Dumfries and Prince William County residents.
